These Terms govern your use of Mejais (“Mejais”, “the app”, “we”). By installing or using Mejais you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Mejais is

Mejais is a read-only League of Legends draft-assistant that runs on the Overwolf platform. It mirrors your Champion Select and displays recommendations based on aggregated, anonymized public match statistics. It is an informational companion only.

2. Acceptable use

Mejais reads the public Champion Select state through the local League Client interface and displays statistics. It performs no automation, does not send inputs to the game, does not modify game files, memory, or network traffic, and does not provide scripting, dodging, or queue manipulation.
You agree not to use Mejais to gain an unfair advantage prohibited by Riot Games, and not to attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or misuse the app or its advertising integration.
You are responsible for complying with Riot Games' Terms of Service and any rules that apply to third-party tools in your region.

3. Not affiliated with Riot Games

Mejais is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not created, endorsed, sponsored, or supported by Riot Games. Use of the League Client interface is subject to Riot Games' policies, which may change at any time and may affect the app's availability.

4. Regional availability

In accordance with Riot Games' League Client API policy, the live in-client features of Mejais are not offered to players in the Korea region.

5. Advertising and fees

Mejais may be supported by advertising served through the Overwolf platform. Any pricing, subscription, or premium features will be described in the app or on mejais.com before purchase.

6. No warranty

Mejais is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that recommendations will be accurate, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will remain compatible with future versions of League of Legends or the Overwolf platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use Mejais, including any action taken by Riot Games in relation to your account. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

Mejais and its original content are owned by the developer and are not licensed for reuse, copying, or redistribution. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
