This Privacy Policy explains what data Mejais (“Mejais”, “we”, “the app”) collects, how it is used, and your choices. Mejais is a League of Legends draft-assistant desktop application distributed on the Overwolf platform. It is a read-only companion: it does not require an account, and it is designed to keep your data on your own machine.
While running, Mejais reads the following from your locally installed League of Legends client (the “League Client Update” / LCU interface over localhost). This data is processed only on your device to render recommendations and is never transmitted to us or any third party:
None of the above is stored on a server, shared, or sold. It stays in memory or in local application files on your computer.
The Mejais application contains no analytics, telemetry, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs that profile you. We do not build a profile of you and do not track your activity across services.
If and when Mejais displays advertising, it will be served exclusively through Overwolf's advertising platform, in accordance with Overwolf's policies. Overwolf and its advertising partners may collect device and advertising data as described in Overwolf's Privacy Policy. Mejais itself does not embed third-party ad networks or external ad iframes.
The aggregated statistics shipped with Mejais are produced by our own back-end tooling using Riot Games' public APIs to read high-ELO ranked match data. Only aggregated counts (per-champion win/play rates, role frequency, synergy and counter ratios) are retained. Raw match data is discarded immediately after aggregation; no player names, account identifiers, match IDs, or timestamps are stored or redistributed.
Because Mejais stores data only locally, you are in control of it. You can clear it at any time by opening the app's data folder (Settings → open data folder) and deleting the files, or by uninstalling the app, which removes all locally stored Mejais data.
Mejais is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children. The app is intended for League of Legends players who meet Riot Games' minimum age requirements for their region.
In line with Riot Games' League Client API policy, the live in-client features of Mejais are not made available to players in the Korea region. Aggregated statistics remain applicable regardless of region.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated “Last updated” date.
